Mortgage Checklist – Refinance Purchase for Retired Persons

This is a preliminary checklist of items required to process your loan.
It is preferred that you please scan and upload into drop box secure folder assigned to you-

Required Received Items:
Two most recent pay stubs for all applicants – last 30 days-if you are currently employed.
Social Security  year end Statements ,1099’s, Tax returns and  W-2’s for past 2 years
Name, phone number, and fax number of the person who can do a written verification of employment-if you are currently employed
Bank Statements for the last two months – checking and savings.  Be sure to include all pages.
Most recent statements on IRA’s, 401K’s, retirement and investment accounts.
Copy of your most recent mortgage statements 1st, 2nd and a copy of mortgage Notes you may have on the homes you own –these should be in your last home closing package.*If you are purchasing or own additional homes, and have current properties you retain-than a copy of any mortgage note statements, HOA, maintenance or Homeowners insurance and property tax records for these properties Commercial or Residential land, lot and properties retained and owned free and clear of mortgages with property taxes associated –are required to list in REO and property taxes.
Copy of Homeowner’s insurance policy and company and agent phone number, fax, email address-please.
If you live in a Condo townhome or Home with Association please provide us Name, Phone Number email or website
If past Bankruptcy  – All Schedules-(if applicable)
Copy of driver’s license
Simple 1 page Letter of explanation of any new loans or credit taken out in the last 120 days(see additional document form)
Copy of Social Security card –for USA patriot act on VA-FHA

If Any bankruptcies in past 5 years- all schedules of discharge
